This post is to inform you of our new policies.  Some will be going into effect immediately while others will take effect at a later date.  

There will now be a late fee policy in effect.  In order to keep the business relationship in a state of “fairness” we can no longer continue to work and run websites without payment or payment being late.

We are also introducing several different packages for our webhosting/webservices.  We believe that meeting the needs of our business partners should always be put first and understand that one offering may not satisfy everyone’s individual needs.  

That being said we are now offering several different services to increase usability and to increase web traffic to each site.  We believe offering a variety of webhosting packages and services will allow each business/individual the choice to choose what is best for their business purposes.

We always strive to keep our pricing and our services fair we hope that we continue to partner in an endeavor for mutual success.  

Late fee policy [In Effect Immediately]

• There will be a $5/day late fee up to a maximum up $35.
• If monthly web dues are not paid by the 7th day website will be locked and email account suspended.
• If payment has not been made and there is no communication after 14 days of original due date website will be at risk of deletion.

Newsletter/Contact Form policy [In Effect Immediately]

• If you have not already been grandfathered in with a plan including a business email that has been set up already you will now either need to switch to a plan that includes a business email or purchase the business email addon.

New Pricing Plan Updates [Available Now / Current Plans + Benefits Grandfathered in until 1/1/2025]

1. Webhosting Essential: $20/month

• This package will still include daily backups of your sites.
• This will no longer include 2 hours of complimentary coding or a business email.
  • With the lack of a business email or the an email with the same domain (an email with your website after the @ sign) you will no longer have newsletter/contact us functionality unless you pay for a premium addon such as mail chimp.
  • Price of coding will increase to $30/hr when adding additions to the site or changing anything on the site.

2.  Webhosting Essential + Business Email: $40/month

• This package will still include daily backups of your sites.
• This will no longer include 2 hours of complimentary coding.
  • Price of coding will increase to $30/hr when adding additions to the site or changing anything on the site.
• This package does include a business email with 2TB of google drive storage, we will ensure that it works correctly as well as setting up the newsletter/contact us relay messaging system so that you receive emails for each time a customer fills out those forms.  We will also create aliases such as “info” or “contact” that will relay to the main users email.

3. Webhosting Plus: $60/month

• This package will still include daily backups of your sites.
• This will include 1 hour of complimentary coding.
  • Price of coding will be retained at $25/hr when adding additions to the site or changing anything on the site.
• This package does include a business email with 2TB of google drive storage, we will ensure that it works correctly as well as setting up the newsletter/contact us relay messaging system so that you receive emails for each time a customer fills out those forms.  We will also create aliases such as “info” or “contact” that will relay to the main users email.
• Access to our guides on how to use the backend of your site, such as the WooCommerce store, how to post/schedule blogs and update pictures on your site.  [Please understand though, if something is to go wrong and we have to fix it, your coding hours will be used and billed accordingly if the fix takes longer than your complimentary coding time]

4. Webhosting Premium: $90/month

• This package will still include daily backups of your sites.
• This will include 2 hour of complimentary coding.
  • Price of coding will be reduced to $20/hr when adding additions to the site or changing anything on the site.
• This package does include a business email with 2TB of google drive storage, we will ensure that it works correctly as well as setting up the newsletter/contact us relay messaging system so that you receive emails for each time a customer fills out those forms.  We will also create aliases such as “info” or “contact” that will relay to the main users email.
• Customized CMS backend allowing for ease of use when updating blogs, uploading pictures, store items, personalized classes etc.
• Access to our guides on how to use the backend of your site, such as the WooCommerce store, how to post/schedule blogs and update pictures on your site.  [Please understand though, if something is to go wrong and we have to fix it, your coding hours will be used and billed accordingly if the fix takes longer than your complimentary coding time]

One of the most frequently asked questions about coding hours, is what are those and what qualifies for “coding”.  These hours are to satisfy any of your needs.  We DO NOT qualify site fixes as coding hours.  If there is an issue with a site, from our original design we will fix it free of charge.  We do consider any updates to the site, add-ons or even having us post on your blog/update pictures/update store items/sales prices as coding hours.

If you do have complimentary coding hours we will use those first however if you do not have complimentary coding hours you will be quoted an estimated cost and expected to pay a 50% deposit before coding work begins.  We will screen record all of our work and post in your respective drive folder so that you are aware of the time/work that was done.  Please note that our developers at times will need to research into issues, this will be counted towards coding time.

Your end price will be adjusted to the amount of work that was done.  If we finish under the estimated quote you will pay the lesser.  You WILL NOT ever pay anything higher than the estimated quote.

Al la Carte Services

• Business email through Gmail
  • Each email that is needed: $20/month
    • This does not include the set up of newsletter/contact us forms.

• MailChimp Services

• SEO Management through Yoast
  • Cost of Yoast Premium: $99/year before tax
  • Cost of Yoast Premium + Plugins: $229/year before tax
  • Cost of Management
    • Once a month updates: $50/month
    • Twice a month updates: $90/month
    • Weekly updates: $150/month

(Most users will only need the regular Yoast Premium as the plugins are just for further in-depth SEO.  Both SEO services will have the same management fees… we do not manage Yoast Basic but will install it for you if you wish to run it for yourself!)

• Web Content Management Services
  • Once a Month Blog Updates with relevant content to your brand: $25/month
  • Twice a Month Blog Updates with relevant content to your brand: $40/month
  • Weekly Blog Updates with relevant content to your brand: $60/month
  • 3 Blog posts a week with relevant content to your brand: $80/month
  • Daily blog posts with relevant content to your brand: $100/month

• Woo Commerce Store Services
  • Installation of Woo Commerce will be free
    • Woo Commerce Store Setup: $150/one time fee
      • We will upload 50 items into the store with product description and images if provided.
      • We will also ensure that payment system works correctly ensuring that your sales reach your account properly.
  • An idea of what can be offered: Memberships for pay-restricted content, grouped store items, composite store items (build out of a item with options to choose which parts or items go with it)
